Cobra/Retiree Enrollment Packages
You will receive a Cobra packet from Wex Health, Inc. for coverage through Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield (IBX)
I left my employment, how can I continue coverage?
Once your employment ends through retirement or resignation, you will be informed of how long your coverage through the District will last. You will then receive a packet from Wex Healthcare to enroll in Cobra or Retirement coverage. Wex Healthcare handles the enrollment and payment processing for COBRA and Retiree subscribers.
