    My name is Barbara Hidalgo the proud principal of the Penn Valley Panthers.  Our school uses a School Wide Positive Behavior Invention System to create a positive school climate for all.  Our mission statement is "Penn Valley is a community of learners striving for excellence, exhibiting pride in our accomplishments, modeling strong character values, and demonstrating respectful, responsible and safe behavior."    We are proud to be identified as a No Place for Hate School.  Our school is diverse and everyone is welcome here.
